Included:

In the event of a breakdown, a new bike will be provided.

Full tank of gas - it should be refilled when the automobile is returned.

The number of miles you may travel is unlimited.

Insurance with comprehensive coverage.

Detailed road map of Zanzibar highlighting the most important tourist attractions.
-
Free delivery or pick-up from any hotels within Stone Town.
-
Delivery or pick-up from hotels outside of Stone Town is possible, however there is a small charge for this service.

Consider the following as an addition to your rental:

Permit for diving in Zanzibar costs $20 per rider (valid for 2 weeks).
​
Excluded:
-
Indemnity coverage for medical expenses.
-
Collision Damage Waiver.
-
​Helmets for the rider and pillion passenger (a modest fee is assessed).
-
Zanzibar Driving Permit (a modest fee is assessed).
-
Guide with years of experience.

Requisites for renting:
-
A coloured copy of your passport.
-
Your country's motorcycle driver's licence.
-
The maximum number of motorbikes allowed on the trip is eight.
-
The trip requires a minimum of one motorbike per person.
-
Using a pillion rider is allowed throughout the tours.
-
A motorcycle & a scooter rider must be at least 18 years old.
-
Prepayment is required in full for the whole rental period.
-
For motorcycles and sidecars, a security deposit of $200 must be paid prior to the rental of the vehicle(s). The money will be refunded to you on the day of return.

For scooters such as vespa as security deposit of $100 must be paid. The money will be refunded to you on the day of return.

Returning Point :
Returns to the initial departure point.
​Please take notice of the following information:

More than two persons are not permitted to ride on a motorbike at the same time.

Riding motorbikes on the beaches of Zanzibar is strictly prohibited. Because of these and other factors, it is not permitted to ride our rental motorbikes, scooter & side cars on the beach.

Rentals are only available for Zanzibar (Unguja) Island at this time.

Rentals for the Tanzanian mainland may be provided upon request and with prior arrangement. Please get in touch with us at info@navintours.com if you need more information.

Motorcycles cannot be ferried to the Tanzania mainland by the rental.
-
The regulations of Zanzibar mandate that any rider of a motorcycle or scooter with a displacement more than 125cc wear a protective head helmet when riding. As a result, it is against the lender's policy to ride a motorbike without wearing a helmet.
