  • Public Service & Governance: He has served as the Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health (RGOZ) , and was an appointed Commissioner for the Tanzania Constitutional Review Commission.

​

  • Financial Expertise: An alumnus of the University of Strathclyde (UK) with an MSc in Finance , he has held significant directorships at the Bank of Tanzania (BOT), the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB), and the Unit Trust of Tanzania (UTT).

  • Diplomatic & Legislative Experience: Mr. Mussa is a former Member of Parliament in Tanzania and served as a member of the Pan African Parliament in South Africa.
